AdobeResourcesSyncrhonizer wants to use my confidential information stored in "v.e.services.acrobat.com" in my keychain?  What does this mean.  I have used my computer password and my Apple Password but it won't let me convert my documents.  Why?

Hi Michaelm,

Could you please confirm the exact version of Adobe Reader you are working on? As this issue was reported earlier and our engineering team has worked on this and this error was fixed with the patch released in Nov 2017 (18.009.20050).

You may please check for the application's update, or install the update manually from- Acrobat Help | Release notes | Acrobat DC and Acrobat Reader DC | Update

Or Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader

Let us know if you still experience the same issue, even after installing the latest update.

We would be looking forward for the update on this.

Regards,

Akanchha
