Adobesign Multiple Documents Without Merging

I have Adobe Premium, which includes Adobesign. I only have one licence so cannot use enterprise. Under the new UI, I am now forced merge multiple documents together into one PDF prior to signing. I do not want to do this. I want to be able to upload multiple documents for signature, and keep them separate so I can download them indiviaully. This was available in the old UI. I use the web based brower as the Application is not user firendly and will not allow me to amened the documents for signing while setting it up.

Any advice?
