what limitations apply to Text Field Properties  "Participant Roles"?

Sender (obvious)only sender can modify that field.

Anyone - can sender / signer / signer1 / signer2 / etc. change the field?

What happens with field tagged "Anyone"?

Can "Anyone" modify field contents including signer1 / signer2 / etc?

How is Signer different from SIgner1 / etc.

If only 1 recipient / signer for document and field is tagged Signer2, what happens?

Thanks,

Gary Bauer

Hi Gary,

1. In Adobe Sign form, only the sender can change the properties of the form field.

2. If a field is assigned to anyone, it can be filled by any of the signers.

However, if once the field is filled and signed, it cannot be edited by the other signer.

3. One signer cannot modify the other signer field in the document.

4. If the recipient is only one, you will not get an option to assign/tag signer 2.

Hope that answers your query.

Let us know if you have any questions.
