Adode Acrobat을 크리에이티브 클라우드에서 설치했는데 안열립니다

pdf를 열려고 하면 어도비 아크로뱃에 할당된 CPU가 0%로 뜨면서 응답없음으로 넘어가버립니다… 

삭제 후 재설치해봤는데도 안됩니다ㅜ

 

I installed Adobe Acrobat from Creative Cloud, but it won’t open properly.

When I try to open a PDF, Acrobat shows 0% CPU usage in Task Manager and then becomes “Not Responding.”  
I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat, but the issue persists.

Has anyone experienced this? Any suggestions on how to fix it would be appreciated.

Sorry for the troubled experience, and thanks for reaching out. 
What happens when you launch Acrobat and try to edit a PDF document? Does that work? 

Assuming you are using a Windows machine, try launching Distiller and wait for a minute. If it prompts for sign-in, could you try that out? Alternatively, you can sign out of the Creative Cloud Desktop app (if installed), sign out of Acrobat, then relaunch the app and sign back in. Could you check if that helps? 
If none of the above works, screen record the issue and share the OS version and Acrobat version with us, including the recording. We will review that.
