Adore crash quand je veux signer

Bonjour, lorsque je veux signer ou insérer du texte, le programme crashe systématiquement depuis deux jours.

J'ai effectué une réparation comme vu sur d'autres publications, et redemarrer l'ordinateur... toujours pareil...

je peux dessiner mettre des flèches des traits, mais impossible de signer ou d'écrire. j'ai systématiquement cet encart qui s'affiche et qui me ferme le programme.

je vous remercie grandement pour votre aide.

Solution trouvée : j'ai supprimé les fichiers 

%appdata%\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Security\acrobat_fss_signature_initials

%appdata%\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Security\acrobat_fss_signature_initialsi

%appdata%\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Security\acrobat_fss_signature_initialsk

et ça fonctionne de nouveau
