Adrobat Freezes asking for college login

While in college I was able to get adobe pro for free. I am no longer in college and cannot login anymore. I recently uninstalled the acrobat pro and installed the freee version and it still asks me to login. I cannot exit out of the login screen or force quit the application. The only way to close adobe after this pops up is to force restart the computer. I cannot use the acrobat reader since this window pops up does not go away. How can i get rid of the login window or reset my adobe account so it stops prompting me to login.
