Advanced Print Setup not available

I'm trying to print a complex drawing with fine lines that are coming out too faint, so I need to use the Advanced Print Setup options, which are all grey'ed out.

I have re-installed the Adobe Reader and restarted the computer, but it's still not available

Please help,

What under the Adv. Print Setup did you think would help?

Do you have access to Acrobat Pro? Under the Print Production tools, there is a Fix Hairlines feature.

I wanted to un-tick preserve black ink. I don't have access to Acrobat Pro, but I might try a free trial and see if it makes any difference. Thanks for the help

Thank you for reaching out.

Please try the Print as Image option in the Advanced window. The options are greyed out because the features are not available with the Acrobat Reader. There is no issue with the application. You may refer to the information in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4idLbF5.

Thank you. This is helpful to know as I didn't realise the option wasnt available full stop for Adobe Reader
