Afdrukken; Eigenschappen wijzigen

Bij dubbelzijdig printen crasht Acrobat. In het scherm 'Afdrukken' staan ​​twee onderzoeken: Eigenschappen en Geavanceerd. Bij het klikken op het tabblad Eigenschappen crasht Acrobat na enkele seconden. Op mijn laptop printen naar dezelfde printer gaat wel goed. Een keer verscheen de melding: "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC\PDFMaker\Office\PDFMPower.Poimt.dll" is waarschijnlijk op een andere manier bijgewerkt en kan niet door deze patch worden verwijderd. Ik heb Adobe DC verwijderd en opnieuw verwijderd, en ook de updates zijn overwonnen. Maar het heeft geen verschil gemaakt. Wat kan hier de oorzaak zijn? Let op: het af te drukken bestand staat op een lokaal netwerk (NAS). Besturingssysteem Windows 10 Pro.

Dank voor je reactie. Hierop volgt mijn reactie:

Ik gebruik Acrobat Pro Versie 2026.001.21789 | 64 bits

Acrobat crasht (sluit) ook op het tabblad ‘Eigenschappen’ bij geopend document op interne harde schijf.

Het gebeurt bij alle bestanden.

Ik heb al je geadviseerde stappen 1 t/m 4 uitgevoerd, maar het probleem blijft hardnekkig bestaan. Beveiligde weergave ad 3) bleek al uit te staan en heeft waarschijnlijk altijd uitgestaan. In dezelfde versie op mijn laptop staat de Beveiligde weergave ook uit. En daar crasht Adobe niet (zelfde pdf-bestanden, zelfde printer in lokaal netwerk: Ricoh Aficio MP C2000).

Ik herinner me dat bij de eerste keer een melding verscheen die ik toen genoteerd heb: “C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC\PDFMaker\Office\PDFMPower.Point.ddl. Het bestand is waarschijnlijk op een andere manier bijgewerkt en kan niet meer door deze patch worden verwijderd.” Daarna is deze of een andere melding niet meer verschenen. 

Wat kan er nog meer aan de hand zijn?

Please share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for more visibility. Also, collect the Acrobat diagnostic logs as described here https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-diagnostics.html and share the log ID with us so we can have it checked by our development team.

Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.

A few things that would help pin this down:

  • What exact Acrobat DC version are you on? (Help > About Acrobat)

  • Does Acrobat also crash on the Properties tab if you first copy the PDF to your local hard drive and print from there, rather than directly from the NAS?

  • Does this happen with every PDF, or only certain ones?

A couple of things that often fix this kind of crash

  1. Repair the installation. Go to Menu (or Help) > Repair Installation, follow the prompts, then restart your PC. This clears up a lot of corrupted file issues, including the kind of DLL error you saw.

  2. Update Acrobat fully.  Update the application to the latest version 26.001.21789 Out of cycle update, Aug 11, 2026. Go to Help > Check for Updates and restart Acrobat and the machine.

  3. Turn off Protected View temporarily. Go to Preferences (Ctrl, Cmd+K) > Security (Enhanced), set Protected View to Off, click OK, then restart Acrobat and try again.
    Note: Turn it back on afterward, it's there for security.

  4. Try "Print as Image." In the Print dialog, click Advanced, check Print As Image, then OK and Print. If that goes through fine, it points to a driver-related rendering issue rather than the file itself.

  5. Save the PDF locally first. The help page printing errors guide specifically recommends saving the PDF to your hard drive rather than a network drive before printing. Since your printer works fine from the laptop, but the file lives on a NAS, testing a local copy of the same file would tell us whether the network path is a factor.
