After Adobe Acrobat creates form fields, there are many accessibility errors.  Is there a way to add form fields in Adobe Acrobat and not get accessibility errors?

    Greetings Meenakshi,

    Here are two screenshots.

    One is before form fields are added.  Accessibility Checker shows no issues.

    The other is after form fields are created by Adobe Acrobat showing errors in the Accessibility Checker.

    The form is created using Microsoft Word to create the PDF.

    Greetings Meenakshi,

    Attached is a video with the PDF before form fields were created and after form fields were created.  Before shows no accessibility errors.  After show numerous errors.

    Also attaching the PDF I used for the video.  It is the “Before” PDF with no form fields.
