After renewing my Office365 program, my Export to PDF no longer works asking me to buy it.  Checking my account subscription shows that it expires in October.  How can I reactivate?

Ok, you may isubscribe and nstall the local app Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Standard. This adds an Acrobat button/ribbon to Word. Or, you may subscribe to PDF Pack, which also includes ExportPDF, and which allows you to send Word documents for conversion. It does not alter Word.

I am puzzled by something you say, which may be a different issue. You wrote "I also now get an error code saying:  a problem with an add-inn has been detected and has been disabled.  Everytime I want to open a PDF, it asks me if I want to enable the add-inn. "  When do you get this error? From what app?

Thank you for your clarification regarding Acrobat.

With regards to the Add inns, it only happens when I turn my computer on in the morning.  When I want to open PDF attachment, the message I receive is asking me if I would like to enable add inns.  I will check with my IT guy on Monday, hopefully he can clear this up.

Kind Regards

Hi Carinj,

As per the information shared above, I just want to confirm what functionality you are looking for? Is it Export to PDF format or Export a pdf  document?

Because as per your account information, you are a subscriber of Export PDF service which does not let you to convert any document to pdf. It just let you to convert a PDF file to other ( Word, Excel, Powerpoint) formats.

Using Adobe Export PDF

Let us know if you need more information on this.

Good morning Akki

Thank you for your response.  I also now get an error code saying:  a problem with an add-inn has been detected and has been disabled.  Everytime I want to open a PDF, it asks me if I want to enable the add-inn.

Yes, we need to beable to convert a PDF file to other ( Word, Excel, Powerpoint) formats.  I cant seem to do this anymore, please advise, thanks.

The ExportPDF service has no connection to what you want to do. This function is provided by the Acrobat product. It's possible that you used to run an old version of Acrobat, but that it is no longer compatible with the new Office.
