After perform window update on Window 10. Acrobat 9 cannot scan. Please help

Windows 10 is a system that changes constantly. You get a new system some nights without warning. Nice surprise! Sometimes this will break apps, old and new, but only new apps will be changed to catch up. This is the new world of computers: soon we will need to subscribe to everything. Acrobat 9, 10 and 11 are all end of life.
