After posting my fillable form online, it quit working for other users.

I made a fillable form on Adobe Acrobat DC, I tested it, had others test it and no issue occurred. We posted it online and now customers and other users cannot get it to work.  Some boxes wont allow you to add information to them and the boxes won't calculate.  When I opened it on my own computer, the form worked as it should.  Any ideas on what's wrong with the form and how to fix this issue?

Hi Kimr,

Most of the browsers don't support Adobe's plug-in of Adobe Acrobat or Reader to preview pdf files.

So it is better to suggest your users download the form and fill it.

What application did they open the file in?

They opened it in IE.  I also opened it in IE and did not have issues using the form.

Do they have the Adobe Reader plugin installed?
