After I renewed my Adobe Acrebat subscription, it stopped working. It won't open anymore. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled it, but nothing changed. It won't open or work at all.

@emerson_5323 The problem might be that the application thinks your old subscription is still active but invalid, or it's confused about which profile to use. A standard uninstall does not remove configuration files that can block a newly renewed license. You need to use Adobe's specific cleaning utility. Go to Adobe's website and download the official Adobe Acrobat Cleaner Tool for your computer (PC or Mac). Run the cleaner tool to completely scrub your system of all previous Acrobat settings and license data. Restart your compuer. Reinstall Adobe Acrobat—don't use the previous download, download a 'brand new one, and download the latest version'. This ensures you start with a completely fresh installation and clean licensing environment.

Sign back in using the Adobe ID associated with your renewed subscription. Try launching Acrobat again. Signing out and back in forces the application to refresh its license token.
