Using Acrobat Pro DC version 2018 on MacBook Pro - OS x 10.12.6.

Scanning via HP LaserJet CM1415fnw (ICA)

My procedure: Create PDF / Scanner.

Select LaserJet CM1415

NEXT

Scanner field shows CM1415

Pages: Front Sides

Quality Optimize Image

Output ; Create New PDF (There is no opportunity to name output PDF at this point).

SCAN

Scan window opens showing some scanning options -

Click "Scan" and scanner operates.

If Image Correction is set to Manual, the scan window closes and no new document appears.

If Image Correction is set to None, the scan window closes and a new document appears.

This seems like a bug.

ADDITIONALLY, the Orientation setting does not have any affect on the orientation of the scanned document.

The obvious work-around is to not use the manual Image Correction, but this seems wrong.

We logged the bug for the same. We will update you once this issue is resolved.

Meanwhile, please continue scanning with Image Correction is set to None.

Thanks.
