After Signature Validation the PDF wont close

Hi all - I need help please.

I validated a signature, and now the PDF document wont close. 

If I end task and try and open a different PDF - the validated document opens.

So I cannot open any other PDF documents.

How do I solve this?
Will I need to unintall Adobe?
