Agreement creation quota of the user is exhausted

I have Adobe for Enterprise plan through my company. I am trying to request e-signatures, but am being blocked by a "Agreement creation quota of the user is exhausted" message. Can someone please explain / help?

    Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.
     

    I have checked your Adobe account and found that you have a business and a personal profile created under the same Adobe account. 
     

    Please logout of the application and relogin using the corporate profile as described here (https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/enterprise-id-faq.html) and see if that works.
     

    The Adobe Sign free account has only two free transactions in a rolling window of 30 days. That is the reason you receive the message "agreement creation quota of the user is exhausted".
