AI Assistant Doesn't Work

Why I cant use AI Assistant in my Adobe Acrobat Pro on microsoft desktop? It gives me an error message, that something went wrong , try again later. But it has persisted.

Please run the Acrobat cleaner tool https://adobe.ly/3AhqqIT, reboot the computer once, and install the application using the direct link https://adobe.ly/4hl7FFb and see if that works for you.

I have the same problem. I have the latest version of Adobe (Pro) and just checked for updates, but the AI Assistant still doesn’t appear in my toolbar.

Hi @martijn_5878,

 

Are you using a work computer by any chance? If yes, I suggest reaching out to your company's IT team for assistance, in case they might have disabled it from the backend.

 

If not, you can try this:

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\FeatureLockDown

create new D Word key: bEnableGentech

value: 1

Setting the value to 1 will enable generative AI features.
