AI assistant is asking for subscription after I paid

Question

I just paid for the subscription for AI, but everytime I try to use it, a popup asking me to signup again appears.  This is frustrating.

The service may take some time to activate. Please try again after some time.

Please try to sign out of the application and relaunch it. Then, sign in again and check if the subscription works.

Did you use the correct Adobe ID to subscribe? Or, in other words, are you logged in with the same Adobe ID that you used for the subscription? For any subscription releated issues, you very liklely will have to get in touch with Adobe's customer support.
