AI assistant is not working

Hello, I bought and downloaded AI picture generator, and it seems that since I did this my AI assistant is not working. It just sits in processing document.  I have gone in and cancelled my subscription with the AI picture generator, but it doesn't seem to have helped.  I've tried multiple pdf's and it's just sitting on processing document.

Are you encountering any error messages when using the AI assistant feature? Also, are you using a Mac or Windows computer, and which OS version are you running? Please ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on the machine: 24.005.20xxx Optional update, Jan 30, 2025. Check for any pending updates from the Menu > help > check for updates, install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and check. For more information, see this: https://adobe.ly/4hT8eFE.
