AI Assistant not working - keeps asking me to select a plan

Hello,

I just signed up for AI Assistant, and when I try to use it, a pop-up asks me which plan I want to sign up for. If I select a plan, it tells me I already have the plan. I JUST paid for the plan.

Why isn't this working????

We see that you have an AI Assistant for Acrobat plan. Please let us know which application you are using the feature in. Are you using the Acrobat Reader desktop application?

We checked your account and see that you do not have an Acrobat subscription. Please share a screenshot of the window where you are trying to use the feature. More information would help us share the correct steps.
