AI Assistant on Acrobat Not Working

I paid to upgrade to Acrobat Standard today and paid the extra $6.99 for AI Assistant for Acrobat. I was watching videos on the website after purchasing about ways to use the AI Assistant and one recommended uploading job postings and asking the AI Assistant what the top 5 skills are for that role, and then opening your resume and asking the AI Assistant to help you add bulletpoints to showcase those skills as a way to help boost your resume with many companies using AI to screen resumes now and if you don't match a certain number of keywords they'll toss your resume aside even if you are more than qualified for the position.

 

I opened a job posting and then clicked on the AI Assistant button on the top right and asked the question, hit Agree to the user guidelines, and then a pop up window opened, loaded for a few seconds, and then says "We couldn't complete your request. Something went wrong. Please try again." with buttons for Cancel or Try Again. I tried a few times and it didn't work, so I updated the program and then tried again several times but I keep getting the same message.

 

Can someone please help me figure out how to get the AI Assistant to work? It's frustrating paying for a feature that I can't even use!

Thanks for reporting the issue, sorry to hear that you were not able to experience AI Assistant services.
Unfortunately our services were going through an upgrade at the time you tried and is now restored to normal state. I request to give it a try again.

This is unacceptable! I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, and it still doesn't work. You sold a product that doesn't work. I have wasted over two hours on Acrobat and am so fed up with it. I want my money back!

I am also having issues with Adobe AI Assistant, it keeps trying to process the document or shows an error message saying to try again later. It's very frustrating.

Also, I tried it on the website version as well and it has said "Processing Document" for over 10 minutes now... FOR A 2 PAGE DOCUMENT that I converted from Word to a PDF! It won't load documents that I've used the Print to PDF function on from Chrome either, those being 2-3 page documents as well!
