Hi, I have both a pro account and an ai assistant account, but the AI assistent just desapear.

Tha AI assisten now only appears online, but keep thinking I cant ask anything. Anyone knows how to make t work online and offline?

Does this AI helps to remove the glitches? Because whenever I open the PDF document, it starts scanning which is annoying, how can I get rid of it?
