AI assistent not vissible on Macbook

Question

Hello,

I use the newest macbook air with adobe creative cloud via a studentabonnement in Belgium. Normally (at least I thought) everything is included in this subscrtiption and there are no limities.

If I use adobe acrobat the logo of the AI assistent is not showing above. So I can not use it. I tried on several different documents.

My usage language is in English and I have the newest version uptadet.

Can someone help me out with this?

Hi @roel_3779,

Sorry for the delayed response. There are a couple of reasons you may not be able to see the AI assistant option at your end.

You are not using Modern Acrobat experience: https://adobe.ly/3VIvbCI;

Turn on the new experience

If you later decide you’d like to return to the new experience, you can toggle it back at any time.

On Windows: From the top menu, select View > Enable new Acrobat.
On macOS: Go to View > Enable new Acrobat.

Secondly, if your Acrobat application language is set other than supported languages for AI assistants: Currently, AI Assistant in Acrobat supports PDFs and documents in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese, with plans to add additional languages in future releases. https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/generative-ai-pdf.html
