AI goes rouge and marks up hand drawings

Question

Personally there are a lot of things I hate about the new Acrobat. Most of all is the random changes I'm getting when I insert jpg images. Without me doing anything suddenly a pencil drawing I have done and captured as a jpg will be all marked up with random symbols, letters, and crossmarks. I hit undo but at some point it does it again. AI should be an active decision not something the program just decides I need.

Thank you for sharing your observation. Could you please confirm if this happens consistently with specific images or workflows?

Would you mind sharing the version of the OS and the Acrobat Pro you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure its updated to the latest version 24.05.20320 Go to Help > check for updates and reboot the computer once.

If it still doesn't work, please share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for more clarity.
