AI tool does not do what it claims

Question

I asked the AI tool to compare two documents that I knew to be identical.

It generated a long summary of the two documents and explained the differences, even though there were none.

Why do you include an AI tool that is not honest?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? PLease try with a different PDF file and check.
