  1. Hola soy nueva en la comunidad. He renovado mi licencia y ahora tengo un perfil empresarial y otro personal. En ninguno de los dos puedo ver los archivos anteriores que he enviado a firmar .

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with viewing agreements on Acrobat.

 

When you refer to a business profile, was the subscription renewed automatically, or was it left dormant for some time, and then you were re-assigned with the license?

If the latter is the case, then the agreements will be removed from your account. Info here.

 

If for individual, you can log in to https://adobe.ly/4jTKEsR and check the agreements tab to see if they are present.

 

If not, it means the business entitlements were used, and the admin has to be reached out to check if they are recoverable.

Hola muchas gracias por responder . Siempre tuve un perfil personal. Ayer cuando renové me cearon un perfil empresarial.  Tengo en un mismo mail y clave dos perfiles . Y ahora no puedo ver los documentos anteriores . No sé que hacer es información importante. Solo lo manejo yo
