Align fillable text box with text

New to Adobe fillable pdfs. I created my fillable textbook next to the question. I cannot figure out how to align it perfectly with the question itself. Please advise. I used the grid already. Thanks

Can you provide a screenshot? It is hard to troubleshoot from your text request. Typically you can use the align tool while in Edit PDF mode but without knowing more I cannot be sure that is the right instruction for your situation.
