All Alt Text fields greyed out after last update

After the last update, remediating a PDF for Accessibility no longer lets us add any Alt Text to Figures or Links: the fields are greyed out!

Very bad...!

    Ah! Strange: I set my Mac OS to English, then started Acrobat in English: now my fields are there! Also entered Alt texts from InDesign show up again, in the Dutch version they are empty fields as well. So something in the translation when adding the nee 'Alt text for hyperlinks' seem to have gone wrong. Adobe f*****d this up again!

    Dutch, German, French: all these languages have this bug! Windows ánd Mac! Only English versions work oke.

    This is VERY bad! VERY VERY bad!
