All comments and bookmark updates lost in Acrobat

Question

I spent about 8 hours reviewing a long document today leaving comments and organizing my bookmarks, while regularly saving my changes and syncing to the cloud. Out of no where, my acrobat crashed and when I reopened, all changes made since I began working this morning were completely gone. Is there any way get them back, or am I completely out of luck?

​@madalaynerkif you were saving from your computer (locally) and syncing the back-up to the cloud, then, the files likely still be on the cloud, unless that also got corrupted too. Try looking at your files online:https://www.adobe.com/files
