All ours computers are slow to close Adobe

Hello,

 

Since the new update (I don't know since how long) every computer is very slow to close adobe if a document is opened.

 

Around 4-5s when usually it is almost instant. We even have some customers for whom it takes more than 10seconds.

 

Is there a new feature we don't know of that slows the process?

Having the same issues in our environment. We are using Azure Virtual Desktop (Windows 10 Enterprise 22H2). Locally (Windows 10 22H2) everything closes instantly

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

Would you mind sharing more details about the issue you are experiencing? Is the application closing after some time or is it freezing completely?  A small video recording of the same would be very helpful.

 

What is the version of the OS and the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.02.20759 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
