"always show document page size" NOT WORKING

It seems this is a common and recurring problem. Most posts say to upgrade to latest. I am running Acrobat (64-bit) (25.001.20982) which I just updated today. I CANNOT get the page size to show regardless of what I do. Any ideas here? This is a VERY simple and basic feature.

I have this same problem. It was working for a long time without issue then yesterday the application did some sort of update and now I have to use turn off “Always show document page size” to see it at all.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble caused.

Could you please confirm whether you are referring to an issue where the page details do not appear when you scroll your mouse pointer to the bottom-left of the document? If so, could you also provide the versions of Acrobat and your operating system that you are using?

I just found the trick for showing the page size in an old posting: Preferences > Page Display > DESELECT "Always show document page size" > OK. Then, hovering the mouse in the bottom-left area of the screen shows the page dimensions. Pretty counter-intuitive, but it's a work-around.

We have the same issue. Running the latest version of Acrobat. The "new" interface has never displayed the document page size, even if we hover our mouse over the bottom left corner (or anywhere). Running Windows 11.

Please let us know when you hover the mouse pointer towards the lower left corner of a page in Acrobat, does it show the page size?

no - it does not show the page size when I hover the mouse - no matter where in the document. interesting note, if I turn OFF New Acrobat, then it works as expected. However, that begs the question of why am I paying for a "new, enhanced" version of the application if it can't do something as basic as show page size?

Thanks for sharing the details. Could you please share a short video of your experience with both the new and old versions of Acrobat?
Additionally, if you have an Acrobat subscription, you won't pay anything extra for new features.

I can see the page size on mouse hover at my end; it seems like a strange behavior. Is this limited to a few files or all the files you have available?
