Always show thumbnails in PDF's I create

Hi,

My company creates PDF-files that we send out to customers. For some of these files, we would like that the page thumbnails pane is always shown, no matter if the users have set it to be shown by default or not in their Adobe Reader. Is there a way to ensure that the thumbnails are always shown in a PDF?

In addition to the good information above, you can easily set up an Acrobat action to apply this setting. One advantage of an action is that you can apply the action to one PDF, or a folder of PDFs.
