Amazon Purchase - Adobe Acrobat Pro Student - How to Redeem Within Software

Hello. I purchased Acrobat Pro Student from Amazon (here: Amazon.com: Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 Student and Teacher Edition [PC Online Code]: Software). I was able to verify my student status via IDentit-e and recieved my Product Code and Serial Number. I downloaded Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 and registered online at adobe.com using the Serial Number while signed in to my .edu email address. So far so good.

 

However, when running Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 on my PC, there is still the trial count-down (7 days trial). I am signed into my .edu email address. What am I doing wrong? How can I make the software reflect the 1-time purchase I made at Amazon?

To end the trial count down you will need to type in that serial number to Acrobat. So far you've told Adobe about it but not told your app, if I understand correctly.
