Amending filled-in pdf form

Using Adobe Reader DC. I have filled in a non-interactive form and signed it using the "fill in and sign" facility.

I have saved it. How do I amend an entry I made on the form?

I don't want to "cross it out", that is messy. How do I delete the entry I originally made?

Try to fix it on this editor. Adobe Reader is not so functional and flexible.

Right-click the signature field and select Clear Signature. Then you'll be

able to edit the fields in the file.

My MacBook Pro doesn't find that works. Right clicking doesn't do it, I'm sorry.

After opening the document to fill-in and sign, neither the signature nor any entries seem to be live.

Any other suggestions, please, unless I am doing it wrong?
