Question

First of all, I know there are quite a few discussions for this exact issue, but none of them helped me with my issue (or I'm not understanding the solutions).

I've a PDF in Civil3d (2018) and cant seem to get Adobe to open it properly. I have created numerous PDFs with this exact layout, but this one seems to be an issue. I've tried running the troubleshooting, uninstalling Adobe and re-installing and deleting the layouts in CAD and creating all new ones. I'm at a loss as to what would be causing this PDF to not open. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are receiving an error exists on this page error when opening a pdf file in Acrobat, is that correct?

Could you let us know dot version of Acrobat and the operating system installed on the machine? You may refer to the steps given in this link on how to check the version in Acrobat: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

Could you share the pdf file you are working with us? To share the file here in the forums, refer to the steps given in this link: How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud
