an unexpected error has occured during the fixup process during the PDF/A3 convert on a signed Doc

Hi, 

 

I try to save my pdf doc under PDF/A-3u (doc signed with Digital ID) ,

First in all, I use the Preflight tool, to Analyse and Fix.

It is in this phase (Analyse and Fix) that I receive the following error message 'an unexpected error has occured during the fixup process'

 

In Analyse process, I received the following error

I'm not sure whether I understand you correctly: By 'the PDF/A3 convert on a signed Doc' do you mean that you have a digitally signed PDF which you now want to convert to PDF/A3? Or is there merely some image of an ink signature embedded in the document you want to convert?

In the former case, i.e. if you're starting from a digitally signed PDF, conversion had better reject the PDF because it would invalidate the signature.
