Android printing PDF with Document And Markups

I currently use an ailing  PC & CutePDF to edit PDFs and, using Adobe Reader, print with Markups and Comments..

Q: Is there a freeware way to do same from Android (Samsung Galaxy Note 20) that doesnt require subscriptions?

I've noticed that HP Smart, Adobe Android, etc ... do not have a print PDF with Markups and Comments either.
