Annoying AI pop up

@AndMcT Since you mentioned the simple "disable" didn't work, you need to look for additional checkboxes that control the pop-ups in your preferences. I don't have this issue...Press $\text{Ctrl }\text{K}$ on PC / $\text{Cmd }\text{K}$ on Mac to open your preferences. And go through each category to un-check AI or pop-ups. Once all done, click OK, and most importantly, close Acrobat and re-launch Adobe Acrobat Pro for the change to take full effect.
