Annoying Scroll Bar

Why does the scroll handle in the acrobat scroll bar not stay visible to help people use it????

It only appears when you move the mouse over it so you have to search for it.

It strains the eyes and is very annoying.

Please imoprove it.

The problem is that there is NO handle on the scroll bar UNLESS you hover over it. See the screenshot below.

This is such a stupid design by Adobe because it causes headaches and eye strain.

It worked previously. Why did Adobe have to mess it up?

How do I resintate it?

I have the same bug. It's really irritating. The scroll bar is a useful indicator of how far through a document you are, and the size of the bar indicates how many pages the document is: tiny scroll marker = huge document.

How do we get our scroll bar indicator back?
