Annoying things about Acrobat DC pro

1- When I am using the callout I don't want the leader attachment automaticall jump up and down. I want to be able to select a prefered way such as from left or right side of the text box a horizontal run and then a longer angled line ending in an arrow. Arrow size should be independent of the text size and I be able to change it

2- the measurment tool shall have adjustable text and arrows sizes. It is supper anoyting that you sell me a tool that you created and it can't do a simple thing like this. Why Bluebeam shoud be able to do it and I have to buy bluebeam when I am paying to adobe as well?
