@cinzia_4476 for more information to cancel a subscription: 

  • Go to your Adobe account page: adobe.com

  • Sign in with the Adobe ID you used to purchase the subscription. Click on your avatar.

  • Click on "Plans" in the top menu.

  • Under your Acrobat Pro plan, select "Manage Plan".

  • Choose "Cancel your plan" and follow the prompts.
