Anti-Vitus tools blocks PDF files that contain a NON-PDF fields

Regarding the signature issue: our problem is that Anti-Vitus tools blocks PDF files that contain a NON-PDF fields like signature.
Is it possible to add function near last signature that will Automatically convert the file into a "printed pdf"

What do you mean by that? In which way do you consider signatures "NON-PDF fields"? The PDF specification does specify signature fields. It actually discusses these signature fields and their contents on more pages than it discusses any other type of field...

Also I do have both Anti-Virus software installed on my computer and handle loads of signed PDFs without the Anti-Virus software blocking any of them.
