Any Adobe Support can help to cancel my Adobe Acrobat Pro trial

Hi Support,

 

I can't cancel my Adobe Acrobat Pro trial. Anytime I click Cancel trial, the web page become "The connection has timed out". I have tried several days but keep the same error.

 

Any technical support can help me to cancel it?

Finally it let me cancel it. It took me to authorization page to re-login and then it allow me to cancel.
