Any way for Acrobat to reset back to the default printer and settings after each print?

Currently Acrobat DC remembers the last printer used and it's print settings when opening another PDF document. Is there a way for Acrobat to reset back to the default printer and settings after each print, or at least after I open a new PDF?

I ask the question as I have users who keep accidently printing A4 sized documents in A3. This occurs after they've just printed an A3. It's not apparent the page size is incorrect as the size settings are found under the Properties button.

Can anyone shed any light on a solution?

Thanks,

Graeme

Hi Graeme

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that

As described Acrobat DC remembers the last printer used and it's print settings when opening another PDF document, it is the design behavior of the application. We do no have the option to reset the settings, yet.  Please submit your request to the engineering team using the link  https://acrobat.uservoice.com/
