Any way to batch-export with the measurement tool framed content as single screenshots

I have a document in which I have measured out handwritten annotations. For this I used the Adobe measurement tool. Now all annotations are marked with a red frame and a comment that contains the area size. Is there any way to batch export these framed areas as screenshots or similar?
