Anyone Else Struggling With Adobe Licensing Through Goodstack After TechSoup Deprecation?

Since the deprecation of TechSoup for Adobe licensing, my company (which supports multiple nonprofits) has been trying to transition to Goodstack — and it has been nothing but headaches.

Every single attempt we’ve made to submit an Adobe licensing request through Goodstack has been rejected with no clear explanation. Even worse, there seems to be no direct way to contact Goodstack support to understand what’s going wrong or how to move forward. No phone number, no support email, no ticketing system… nothing.

We’ve double-checked all nonprofit documentation, EIN info, eligibility details — everything looks correct on our end. Yet the rejections keep coming, and we’re left stuck without any real guidance while our clients are waiting for licensing.

Is anyone else running into this?
Have you found a workaround, or a way to actually reach a human at Goodstack?
This transition has been incredibly frustrating, and I’m hoping someone has insight before we consider alternative (and more expensive) routes.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Cass, thank you for your feedback on the current eligibility process. Are you trying to file the request for the different organizations through you, or instead are you assisting them with the application process?

The validation process typically takes up to five days. If the offer is declined, a link will be provided to allow you to contact Goodstack to appeal any eligibility rejections. Please see https://adobe.ly/445PnCS for more information. ^JW
