Anzeigen aller Werkzeuge im Navigationsbereich bei Adobe Acrobat

Hallo,

Hi @Franz5C1D,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with using Acrobat.

Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the window you see for a better understanding?

Also, if on a Windows machine, please try the following steps:

Go to Menu > Help > Repair Installation.

Ensure that you are on the latest version of Acrobat for the best experience.

To do so, go to Menu > Help > Check for Updates.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Regards,
Souvik.

Hello Souvik,

thanks for your answer. I have tried to update and to repair the installation but it was without sucess. I add a screenshot. If I repair the installation the button "all Tools" appears and I can call up the view of the tools but not in the navigation frame. Below you find the screen.  Regards, Franz

Thanks, @Franz5C1D, for trying the steps.

When you mention "not in the navigation frame," are you referring to the tools showing up in the top bar?

From the screenshot, it appears to be a read-only file, which does not allow edits; therefore, you do not see many of the tools.

Can you try opening a sample PDF file and check if tools appear on the left panel?

Also, please try switching back to the Old layout for Acrobat and let us know if it works.

For Mac: go to View > Disable New Acrobat > Restart.

For Windows: go to Menu > Disable New Acrobat > Restart.

Let us know how it goes.

Also, do let us know if you would be available for a quick call (if needed), and if the email address registered on the community would be an appropriate method of communicating in case we need to get on a call.

Regards,
Souvik.
