Apartados cuyos datos no se ven

Al rellenar un impreso y guardarlo, cuando vuelvo a abrir dicho documento parte de los datos solo aparecen si clico sobre el apartado, no quedando fijos

No se la versión. Es un  documento oficial que hemos descargado y tenemos que cumplimentar y devolver.
