App is crashing when I try to view attachments to a form PDF

I have a form that was created for internal use in our office.  It was created years ago and has been working fine.  This week, the app crashes whenever I click the menu item to view attachments.
I'm not sure what's changed as other people in the office do not have the problem.
This only happens with this form.  If I try to view attachments from other PDF files, there is no issue whatsoever.  I'm having our IT department look into but in the meantime, I'm hoping someone here might have suggestions.  Sorry.  I cannot provide the form in question.
Suggestions?

Try to revert to the Classic UI: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/acrobat-2023-how-to-revert-to-classic-gui-user-interface/td-p/14052807
Consider the "new Acrobat" as a beta version, many features are still missing or half-implemented.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

As this is a file specific issue, we would need the PDF form to check at our end.

Also, you may try to turn off the protected mode for testing. Go to Preferences (Ctrl,Cmd+K) > Enhanced Security > Uncheck 'Enable protected mode at startup' > Click Ok and reboot the computer once and see if that works.

If it still doesn't work, please collect the Crash logs https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/collect-logs-crash-freeze.html and share them via any cloud storage. Just upload the log file to the cloud and generate the link and share that link with us for further investigation.

Before crashing, I do get the "submit report" window, which I've submitted a few times now so they should have the logs.

In the meantime, I've gone with @JR Boulay 's recommendation and turned off New Acrobat.  Works perfectly now.
