app will not install

Just purchased Acrobat Pro because I need it to do specific work this weekend.  Been trying to get to install since yesterday afternoon.  Just keeps buffering.  I have good internet connection and installed a different app I purchased yesterdday with no problem.  I need to complete a project today.  Help???

Maybe not immediately, but there are folks around to try and help you.

 

What version of Acrobat?

And what flavor of Acrobat — as in Reader? Standard? Pro? Premium?

Is it a perpetual license version or the Acrobat subscription product?
